It’s not just standard “telemarketing” that I do.  I am freelance, so as this is my livelihood, and what I specialise in,  doing a good job is important to me.  In a lead generation role, I use my initiative and ability as a quick thinker to identify and suggest areas of interest or pain, to listen to and interpret requirements; picking out the relevant aspects of the product or service I am selling to fit these needs. 

 

Through this consultative approach I turn possible opportunities into informed and well qualified leads; keeping the customer informed, and fully explaining how the service or solution will do what they need it to do.  It’s all about talking to the prospective client like a human being, at the right level and delivering your message at the same time.

With 9 years experience, I am comfortable speaking to clients at any level, from one-man bands to blue chip companiesI have had success across a wide range of verticals focusing on anything from product specifics through to compliance issues, ROI, business requirements and strategy. Since I have been working as a freelance telemarketer, I have also worked with individual companies, taking on new solutions and product sets and then worked with them to identify their target markets and product placement through intelligent telemarketing.
